It explains how a website works <span> </span>step by step. Basically, websites should be more simple to be understood by anyone who hasn’t got any background education regarding to computing. This is why a very big amount of websites have already simplified their content for regular people since not everyone neccessarily have to know about webdesigning. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><strong><span>Interesting quotes from the article</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>“No matter what navigation design you pick for your site, there is one common theme to all navigation: All it does is visualize the user’s current location and alternative movements relative to the structure of the underlying information space.”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>“The two most important rules about site structure are to have one and to make it reflect the users view of the site and it’s information or services .It may seem obvious to have a site structure.”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>“After all, content is king, and my usability studies show that users tend to ignore navigation options and look directly at the page body when they go to a new page.”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>“ Every web usability study I have conducted since 1994 has shown the same thing: Users beg us to speed up page downloads. In the beginning my reaction was along the lines of<span> </span>let’s give them better design and they will be happy to wait for it.”</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span>The legacy of the new left; The net is haunted by the disappointed hopes of the sixties. Because this new technology symbolises another period of rapid change, many contemporary commentators look back to the stalled revolution of thirty years ago to explain what is happening now.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span>“The gift is supposedly to replace the commodity”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span>Anarcho-communism;</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span>“At the end of the twentieth century, anarcho-communism is no longer confined to avantgarde intellectuals. What was once revolutionary has now become banal. As Net access grows, more and more ordinary people are circulating free information across the Net.”<span> </span>Dr Richard Barbrook</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>We must discover the pleasure of giving: giving because you have so much. What beatiful and priceless potlatches the affluent society will see whether it likes it or not! When the exuberance<span> </span>of the younger generation discovers the pure gift. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><strong><span><span> </span></span></strong><span>Title:The Long Tail</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>Basically, this article is about a book called The Long Tail By Chris Anderson and discussing new economic values and commerce.</span><span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span>An analysis of the sales data and trends from these services and others like them shows that the emerging digital entertainment economy is going to be radically different from todays mass market. If the 20th century entertainment industry was about hits the 21st will be equally about misses.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>The main problem, if that’s the word, is that we live in the pyhsical world and until recently, most of our entertainment media did, too. But that world puts two dramatic limitations on our entertainment. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span>“When you think about it, most successful businesses on the internet are about aggregating the Long Tail in one way or another. Google, for instance, makes most of it’s money off small advertisers and eBay is mostly tail as well- niche and one-off product.By overcoming the limitations of geography and scale, just as Rhapsody and Amazon have, Google<span> </span>and eBay have discovered new markets and expanded existing ones.”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>The companies at the vanguard of it are showing the way with three big lessons.Call them<span> </span>the new rules for the new entertainment economy.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>Rule 1: Make everything available.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>Rule 2: Cut the price in half.Now lower it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span>Rule 3: Help me find it. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><span> </span><strong>Same interesting websites that I’ve recently visited</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><u><span><a href="http://www.deviantart.com/">www.deviantart.com</a> </span></u><span><span> </span>This site is useful for art lovers; It’s so interesting for people who are actually looking for some art masterpieces.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><u><span><a href="http://www.facebook.com/">www.facebook.com</a></span></u><span> This one’s like a forum for university students.They log in with their university e-mail’s and create<span> </span>profile on the home site.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span><a href="http://www.livescore.com/">www.livescore.com</a> I usually use this website for checking football and Nba scores. It’s buffers itself in every 20 second to be live.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span>This article is about; “Napster” one of the most popular services on the net.Napster briefly is a music sharing and playing software on the net and this business determined to resist the net in the previous decades. With Napster, file sharing came to life.Music fans became more aware of new music tracks for only the cost of connecting to the internet. By Napster everyone who has the internet connection became swapping files with other people. In different words, everything linked with everything. In the mid 1990’s Cd’s and Dvd’s came into life against napster and other file sharing softwares.Deprived of a legal method of obtaining music over Napster, people began swapping digital copies of their cd and<span>  </span>collections with each other. As soon as they transformed cd formats into mp3 it became totally free again for using and swapping them on the net.Napster created a virtual meeting place where people into swapping music files could find each other.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span>Interesting quotes from the text;</span></p>
